Peperomia belong to the peppercorn family, Piperaceae. Peperomia are a great choice for houseplants as they are low maintenance, and clean the air. Like their namesake the leaves of the Peperomia Argyreia have lovely green and silver stripes, like the flesh of a watermelon. How to care for your Peperomia –

Water: Allow top soil to dry out before watering. 

Light: Peperomia does well in light to moderate light, such as found in a northern or east-facing window.

Humidity: Normal humidity is sufficient. 

Temperature: They like warmth, about 20 degrees C.
