Peperomia belong to the peppercorn family, Piperaceae. Peperomia are a great choice for houseplants as they are low maintenance, and clean the air. Like their namesake the leaves of the Peperomia Argyreia have lovely green and silver stripes, like the flesh of a watermelon. A real stand out to your collection, they are very easy to grow, would make a great choice for a beginner!

Light: Peperomia does well in light to moderate light, such as found in a northern or east-facing window.
