A beautiful rare variety of the common Alocasia Zebrina with intricately detailed leaves. Alocasia comes from the family Araceae. There are 79 species native to tropical and subtropical Asia to Eastern Australia. Alocasia Tigrina are an exceptional Alocasia, with angular foliage and a stunning black and white stem! They are an extremely decorative plant and will bring a touch of colour to your home! Alocasia have a lovely vintage vibe as they were extremely popular in homes during the 1950’s!
How to care for your Alocasia –
Water:Â Â Alocasia need their soil to be moist at all times, do not allow to dry out.
Light:Â They enjoy bright but indirect sunlight, direct sun can scorch the leaves.
Humidity:Â They love warmth and humidity, a bathroom or kitchen would be a perfect spot.
Temperature:Â They prefer warm temperatures about 20 degrees C.
