How to care for your Codonanthe Crassifolia –
Water:Â Water lipstick plant enough to keep the soil moist, but not wet or saturated for extended periods. Don’t let the leaves of this plant wilt, but also take care not to over-water it. If this houseplant stays too wet, it will suffer from root rot.
Light: Happy in a medium to bright spot. The more light it gets, the better chance of plant will bloom. If you have a Codonanthe Crassifolia plant that won’t produce flowers, try moving it to a brighter spot.
Humidity:Â Allow normal humidity levels.
Temperature: Needs average to warm conditions 16-25°C but will be OK down to 10°C for short periods.
